Processing Time

We will process your order once we receive your payment notification. The process time should take about 2-5 days depending on the workload we have. 

Shipping Time

Shipping should take around 3-7 business days for US orders depending on your location. All packages are shipped through USPS and UPS; your tracking number should be sent to you through email or Instagram. If you did not receive a tracking number, please send us a message regarding your order.

Return Policy

All sales are final regardless of live sale or online. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed for any items. Every crystal is unique and different in their own ways, please understand that there might be a slight difference due to camera quality and screen coloring. 

We always do our best in making sure all package is well packed before shipment. We use foam wrap and bubble wrap for double security.

- Exception: If an item delivers broken, please show us proof within 2 days of the delivery date. We will gladly offer store credit for you.
