- At the moment we are only accepting Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Venmo, and.PayPal. Payment plan option Sezzle and Shop Pay can also be used at checkout. Zelle payments can be accepted personally.

Where can you guys ship to?

- Luxidust Crystals offers shipping worldwide and free shipping for US orders over $250

Where can I find my order tracking number?

- Order tracking numbers are often send to the email you used at checkout after your order is being processed for shipping. They might usually be in your spam folders but feel free to send us an email if it was never received.

What can I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

- When accidentally providing the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately for address change before your order is processed for shipping. We will not take responsibility once the order has been shipped.

What if my order gets horribly damaged during shipping?

- Luxidust Crystals currently do not offer refunds and exchanges. However, if your package is horrible damaged during shipping and arrived broken, please show us proof within 2 days of delivery date and we will gladly offer store credit for you.
